Seth Tuscher serves as a Senior Vice President and a leader in the CBRE Agency Leasing group. He rejoined CBRE Chicago following the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. From 2021-2024, he successfully completed over 2M Square feet of transactions, valued at $1B+, earning him the distinction of a top agency sales professional at CBRE.
Seth’s expertise lies in creating tailored marketing strategies for a full lease up of available space, while maximizing ownership’s investment objectives. His primary focus is office buildings in the Chicago CBD, spanning from new trophy development to adaptive repositioning. Seth prides himself on the long term relationships he has built with his clients’, with an average tenure each, of over 10 years.
Seth is a native Chicagoan and now lives in Glen Ellyn with his wife of 16 years, along with their three young children.
Previously, Seth served as Managing Director at Ameritus, as well as an Associate in CBRE Tenant Representation.
