Professional Experience
Adam Rabin is a senior associate with CBRE Capital Markets’ Retail Investment Properties in Central Texas, working with individual property investors, partnerships and developers on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing retail assets. Mr. Rabin helps secure new business, underwrite assets, provide guidance on capital markets, discuss current opportunities with investors/clients, and consult clients to assist them in reaching their Real Estate Goals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rabin was a senior Sales & Marketing Consultant at TheHomeMag, where he sold over $5,000,000 in print advertising.
