Logan Reichle is part of CBRE Capital Markets’ Investment Properties in Central Texas, working with individual property investors on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing industrial, office, and retail assets. Mr. Reichle helps secure new business, underwrite assets, provide guidance on the capital markets, discuss current opportunities with investors/clients, and consult clients to assist them in reaching their Real Estate Goals. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Reichle has been involved in transactions with a total consideration of more than $750 million and has brokered over 5 million square feet of space.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Reichle spent three years with The Weitzman Group’s investment sales division, where he was involved in more than $40 million worth of investment sales transactions. He also gained financial analysis experience at Marcus & Millichap and office and industrial asset management experience at Rogers & Reichle, Inc.
