In March 2021, Adrian joined the Multifamily Capital Markets team in Philadelphia as an Associate. Adrian specializes in midmarket private owner opportunities within Philadelphia County. His transactions span student housing portfolios, boutique luxury and value add deals.
Adrian has more than 13 years of experience in client relationship management, strategic planning and new-market business development within the broadcast media and consumer event industries. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as a Marketing Analyst at Scully Company in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, where his responsibilities included market data analytics and special project development.
