Nick Murray is a Senior Associate on CBRE’s Philadelphia Multifamily Capital Markets team, specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the greater Philadelphia MSA. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick spent 7 years in commercial real estate brokerage with the top performing multifamily team in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office, where he handled several hundred million dollars of transactions on behalf of his clients. His experience working in a highly regulated market has honed his problem-solving, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. He fosters a collaborative approach, ensuring all parties involved achieve their desired outcomes. Nick believes in building and cultivating strong business relationships and he always puts the interest of his clients first. He has a relentless drive to understand the intricacies of each submarket within the greater Philadelphia area to empower his clients with the knowledge they need to make informed investment decisions. He recognizes that success hinges on a deep understanding of what drives growth within these markets, and he leverages that market intelligence to the benefit of his clients.
Nick graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Government and Law, where played shortstop for the college baseball team. A proud Philadelphian, Nick is a passionate Phillies fan and enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and listening to the Grateful Dead. Nick is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA).
