Peter DiLullo joined the Philadelphia Multifamily Capital Markets team in September 2024 as Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining CBRE, Peter spent 18 years with LCOR, a vertically integrated, transit oriented, multi-family and mixed-use real estate company focused on the east coast. Peter had many roles at LCOR, initially focusing on multifamily acquisitions and later leading operations of the property and asset management company with oversight responsibility for more than 20,000 units. Most recently, Peter led the Philadelphia development office, building and stabilizing over 1,100 units in the Philadelphia metro. Prior to his time at LCOR, Peter was a CPA with both KPMG and PWC working in audit and transaction services.
