Alexander Schultz is an Associate Broker based in the Fort Collins office, specializing in retail real estate across Northern Colorado. He began his career with CBRE as an intern while completing his degree at Colorado State University, graduating in 2024, and transitioned into brokerage full-time in early 2025.
Since entering brokerage, Alex has been actively engaged in lease negotiations, sales transactions, market analysis, and the strategic positioning of retail assets. He has contributed to the leasing, sales, and repositioning of several prominent properties, including the CSU Shops at College, Riverbend Urban Village, and The Loveland Yards.
Alex has also played a key role in representing expanding retail and restaurant concepts throughout the region. He represented On The Hook Fish & Chips in securing its first permanent brick-and-mortar location and continues to support the brand’s regional growth strategy. Additionally, he helped facilitate The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant’s entry into Downtown Loveland, working closely with ownership to activate a long-underutilized historic property at 225 E 4th Street. The redevelopment has contributed to the ongoing revitalization of the downtown core, helping drive increased foot traffic, investment interest, and renewed tenant demand.
