Melissa Moran is a Vice President in CBRE’s Northern Colorado office, where she specializes in retail representation for both occupiers and investors. With 21 years of experience in the shopping center industry, she offers deep expertise in lease negotiations, site selection, and retail asset transactions.

Since joining CBRE in 2017, Melissa has leased more than 1.26 million square feet and has been involved in transactions totaling over $200 million in consideration. She has represented several of Northern Colorado’s premier shopping centers, including Ledge Rock, Front Range Village, Riverbend Urban Village, The Loveland Yards, and Crossroads Commons Shopping Center. Prior to CBRE, she held senior roles at Bayer Properties, where she managed a 3-million-square-foot portfolio across the West and Midwest.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Melissa is recognized for her strategic insight, market knowledge, and commitment to delivering results in an ever-evolving retail landscape.
