Titan Award – Deal of the Year: Jon was recognized with the Titan Award for his leadership in the sale and repositioning of the Loveland Outlets, a 340,716-square-foot property on 37.1 acres located at the intersection of I-25 and Highway 34. The transaction, totaling $27.3 million across two phases in 2022 and 2023, marked a significant repositioning of one of Northern Colorado’s most visible and historically significant retail assets.

Development Experience: Jon has extensive experience in ground-up and redevelopment projects.
