Learn MoreA pleasure to meet you! My name is Allison Kelly, a Senior Vice President in Advisory and Transaction Services in the CBRE Orange County office. I have the pleasure of co-leading an all-female team of high accomplished professionals. We focus on occupier advisory and transaction services locally and throughout the US as well as office and industrial owner user sale transactions and leasing in Orange County, California.
With 20+ years of experience, I have had the privilege of executing complex sale, lease and build to suit transactions and consistently delivering the highest level of service available to my clients. My team also has tremendous experience marketing existing, ground up development and repositioned properties resulting in successful, client focused outcomes.
Notable assignments include 600,000 SF+ of leasing, acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and flex buildings for Glidewell Laboratories across the United States and internationally, build-to-suits for sale for Pacific Life Insurance and Terumo Neuro, both over 200,000 SF, leasing the Summit Office Campus, a 1.7 million square foot mid-rise office development in South Orange County, California, land and building sales for Five Point at the former El Toro Marine Base and the acquisition of an additional 240,000 SF for Terumo Neuro.
As a 5th generation Orange County native, I love working in our thriving business community. I also have the pleasure of serving on CBRE’s National Women’s Network Advisory Board , an exceptional opportunity to promote the growth and development of women at CBRE. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active and traveling.
