Allison Kelly

Allison Kelly is a Senior Vice President in Advisory and Transaction Services in the Newport Beach office of CBRE, Inc. Allison is consistently a Top Producer for CBRE in the Orange County region and her work ethic, focus and dedication to her clients is evident in all she does. She began her career with CBRE, Inc. in 2004 and specializes in the leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of office, flex and industrial properties for both owners and occupiers of real estate throughout the Orange County Greater Airport Area, South Orange County and beyond. Some of the notable assignments she has worked on include the leasing of the Summit Office Campus, a 1.7 million square foot mid-rise office development in Aliso Viejo, CA, build to suits for sale for Pacific Life Insurance and Microvention Inc., both over 200,000 SF, land and building sales for Five Point at the former El Toro Marine Base, and the leasing, acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and flex buildings for Glidewell Laboratories in Orange County, across the United States and internationally. During her career, Allison has been involved in over 5.5 million square feet of transactions totaling over $2.35 billion in consideration.
