Rachel Pourcho Joined CBRE in March of 2013. Rachel is a Sr. Sales Support Associate in Office Properties, where she is an integral team member to a number of brokers in the lease and sale of office properties throughout Orange County. Rachel has experience in owner and user sales, landlord and tenant representation (local and regional), lease negotiation, subleasing and market analysis and comparison.
Rachel facilitates the operations of each office sale and lease through the management of clients, reporting, the creation of marketing materials, client relations correspondence, property listings and property marketing, and providing superior customer service to clients and co-brokers. She provides the team and their multi-market, corporate clients the tools, resources, and services necessary to achieve the highest performing real estate portfolio.
Rachel is known for her motivation, work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team.
Rachel graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
