Amanda Dial

Amanda Dial joined the CBRE Memphis office in July 2015 as Client Services Coordinator. She currently works alongside the Office Occupier, Retail, and Industrial Leasing brokerage services and provides support for all of the team’s marketing and administration efforts.

Amanda plays an integral role with her teams by providing best of class services and support with coordination, communication, transactional deadlines and execution off all business strategies. Her duties include market surveys, lease cost analysis, due diligence, file compliance and data management. Her extensive organizational and planning skills allow her to work directly with clients to resolve issues of all varieties. Amanda’s high degree of detail orientation allows her to develop client relationships while maintaining an exceptional level of service and providing a sense of security. Amanda also manages team budgets and variance reports, creates client presentations and oversees all web-related marketing.

Prior to joining CBRE, Amanda worked for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and State Farm.
