Amanda Gates serves as a Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Team, specializing in Metro Detroit office tenant representation and multimarket assignments for major corporate accounts. Teaming up with Executive Vice President Mark Collins, Senior Vice President Jamie Dingeman, and Senior Associate Andrew Baines, Amanda and her team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations.
Amanda aids in managing the real estate portfolios of various global clients involving dispositions, acquisitions and build-to-suits for office, retail, manufacturing, and warehouse properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, Amanda worked for Marcus & Millichap in Detroit as a Financial Analyst & Transaction Coordinator, specializing in the underwriting and valuation of income producing properties of various product types. Her commercial real estate experience enables the team to meet its overall goals and objectives. She is recognized as being detail-oriented and having strong organizational skills that gives her the ability to work with a variety of clients, customers, and industry resources in developing sales presentations, surveys, proposals and business reports.
