Jamie Dingeman is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, specializing in Metro Detroit office tenant representation and multi-market assignments for major corporate accounts. His expertise encompasses tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and consulting oriented projects. Mr. Dingeman joined CBRE in 1990 and was an original member of the highly regarded CBRE/Madison Advisory Group in Chicago, which subsequently evolved into Global Corporate Services.
Mr. Dingeman has skillfully orchestrated over 1,000 acquisition, disposition, and consulting oriented projects. Completed projects total approximately 18 million square feet and comprise a financial consideration of greater than $900 million. This experience provides Mr. Dingeman with the foundation to effectively design, implement, and execute strategies for complex real estate transactions. He has been recognized by his clients for consistently delivering favorable results.
Mr. Dingeman is currently engaged with multiple assignments of a significant nature.

FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY – Selected to manage transactions for the existing office lease and retail bank branch portfolio. Currently engaged on a number of projects to include consolidations, sublease, right-sizing space, and strategic review of pending lease expirations.
HOME CONSTRUCTION COMPANY – Selected to manage an office lease portfolio of approximately 50 locations and 1.1 million square feet. Currently engaged with strategy and implementation for consolidation and optimization of the portfolio. Implementation efforts include a variety of sublease, termination, consolidation, and tenant representation actions.
AMERICAN MULTINATIONAL AUTOMAKER – Selected to manage the restructuring and expansion of client’s parts distribution network. The project strategy and execution plan resulted in the disposition of 6 owned parts warehouses and the lease acquisition of 19 replacement facilities. This project lead to being selected to manage the restructuring of client’s finance contract operations into 8 centers. As a result of the restructuring, the client cut 500 jobs, transferred 1,200 employees to the new centers and hired 2,600 people for the new centers. These projects are complete.
PRIVATE FOR PROFIT COLLEGE – Selected to manage an office lease portfolio of approximately 18 locations and 400,000 square feet. Engaged on strategy and implementation to support new site selection efforts in 5 states. These projects are complete.
METRO DETROIT (SINCE 2004) – Engaged to provide strategy and transaction execution services for numerous projects.
