Andrew Gross is an Associate on CBRE’s West Coast Institutional Debt & Structured team within CBRE Capital Markets. Based out of San Francisco, he assists in the placement of debt financing for commercial real estate throughout the nation, with a specific emphasis on the West Coast. Mr. Gross provides value throughout the debt placement process, from underwriting assets to assisting in the closing process. He works with his colleagues to help source capital from life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, mortgage REITs and CMBS investment banks.
Mr. Gross came to CBRE in June 2019 after graduating from UC Berkeley. Since the beginning of his career in commercial real estate finance at CBRE, he has participated in the execution of more than $3.5 billion in debt placement for a wide variety of product types, from gut renovations to stabilized assets.
