Brad Zampa, with 25 years of real estate experience, is an Executive Vice President and is a senior partner on CBRE Northern California Capital Markets Institutional Properties team, leading the Debt& Structured Finance division in placing debt and equity on all product types of commercial real estate throughout the nation. During the course of his career, Mr. Zampa has completed well over $30 billion of investment sales and structured debt placements. Predominately focused on transactions above $50 million, he has established a noteworthy institutional and high net worth client base.
His capital sources include life insurance correspondents, pension funds, international and domestic commercial banks, debt funds, mortgage REITs, and Wall Street CMBS investment banks. Mr. Zampa has developed a specialization for sourcing the complete capital stack, including senior mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine pieces, preferred equity and joint venture structures.
Prior to mortgage banking, Mr. Zampa practiced real estate law with Wild Carey & Fife and Sheppard Weisberg and Miller in San Francisco, California. He currently resides in Marin County with his wife and three boys.
