Mr. Zampa has developed a specialization for sourcing the complete capital stack, including senior mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine pieces, preferred equity and joint venture structures.
Prior to mortgage banking, Mr. Zampa practiced real estate law with Wild Carey & Fife and Sheppard Weisberg and Miller in San Francisco, California. He currently resides in Marin County with his wife and three boys.
