Professional Experience
Associated Office
Mr. Eldredge joined CBRE in October 2026, returning to the firm where he interned in San Diego in the summers of 2021 and 2022. He previously spent more than two years at JLL, first as a capital markets intern focused on debt and equity placement, then as an analyst on the Southern California institutional multi-housing team where he supported the closing of over $1B in transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, where he also competed on the Division I men’s water polo team and earned All-Conference honors.

The DSF team comprises six dedicated professionals, each with a special role in maximizing efficiency on each transaction.
