Pearl Shah is an Assistant Vice President in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance division in San Francisco. Ms. Shah joined the team in 2018 after graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing & Business Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Ms. Shah has extensive business development experience in designing proposals, property marketing materials, and email campaigns for both new and existing clients. Ms. Shah leads the marketing operations for the team where she is a key contributor in strategizing and compiling market and property-specific content for property marketing. Along with leading the marketing efforts for the team, Ms. Shah provides due diligence support on every transaction. Ms. Shah also works closely with the CBRE Research team to compose market-relevant statistics and summary reports.

During her four years of working in real estate finance, Ms. Shah has participated and supported the lead brokers in securing over $5 Billion of debt placements for various asset types including Office, Life Science, Industrial, Retail, R&D, and Production, Distribution and Repair (PDR) across West Coast markets.
