Professional Experience

Bruer Kershner is a Senior Vice President (Honorary Title) with CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Properties group in Philadelphia. He focuses on large portfolio and single-asset transactions based in the Philadelphia area.

Prior to joining CBRE, Bruer spent more than eight years at Eastdil Secured as a Senior Vice President on the investment sales team in New York City. During his time at Eastdil Secured, Bruer closed on 33 transactions totaling $10.4 billion in the New York City and Philadelphia markets since 2014. These transactions includes sales across multiple asset classes including office, retail, multifamily, and student housing.
