Layal Zuabi is a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group and is based with the Capital Markets Institutional Properties group in Philadelphia. Having joined in December 2021, she is primarily focused on investment underwriting and is involved in multiple phases of transactions from opinion of values, to pitches and request for proposals, through the coordination of due diligence and closing processes.

Layal works with a team of senior executives that handle large portfolio and single asset transactions for some of Great Philadelphia’s capital market assignments, particularly in the Office and Life Sciences sectors in region.

The building, currently the tallest reinforced-concrete structure in the city, underwent major renovations in 2003, more than a decade after its facade was treated resulting in its signature white color.
