Charlie Mangold joined the CBRE Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Properties Team in Washington, DC in February of 2022 as part of the Land Services Group with John Sheridan. Charlie specializes in residential land development transactions for both for-sale and rental product. These transactions include land primed for the development of high-rise concrete multifamily, high-density wood-frame multifamily, infill projects, master-planned communities, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. Geographically, Charlie handles projects in jurisdictions across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Prior to joining CBRE, Charlie worked for Transwestern in Washington, DC as an investment sales analyst. His primary role included financial analysis and marketing of office and industrial assets.
