As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Chris represents both local and national landlords and tenants in office leasing and sales transactions. In 1994, he began his career in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. market with Cambridge Property Group and BF Saul Company where he worked for seven years. In 2001, Chris relocated to Richmond, Virginia where he joined the brokerage firm Harrison & Bates. He became the youngest partner in the firm and served as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Chris joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in 2019.
