Christie Lee is a seasoned industrial real estate leader based in Northern Virginia. Previously serving as the Regional Leasing & Acquisition Officer for EQT Exeter and a Market Officer at Prologis in Ohio, Christie joins CBRE with extensive experience in landlord representation for some of the largest institutional investors.
With a strong background in market strategy, capital deployment, and leasing, she has successfully executed over $100 million in acquisitions and facilitated 5 million square feet of lease transactions. Her diverse leasing experience spans a wide range of clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies and locally owned businesses.
A graduate of Washington & Lee University with a BA in Sociology, Christie is actively involved in industry associations such as NAIOP, CCIM, and CREW, reflecting her commitment to advancing in real estate profession.
