Bob and his team represent a speculative industrial project being developed by Trammell Crow and Clarion in Manassas, VA that will total over 1,200,000 square feet.
Mr. Gibbs has successfully completed numerous build-to-suit transactions during his tenure at CBRE, Inc. Some of these include Amazon (20+ buildings totaling over 3,000,000sf), Ford Motor Credit (250,000sf), McKesson (250,000sf).
