Colman Fagan is an Associate with CBRE's Minneapolis/St. Paul office where he specializes in landlord/agency services within the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services team. Colman joined CBRE in 2023, beginning his Commercial Real Estate journey in Property Management prior to transitioning to Brokerage at the emergence of 2025.
Colman is the youngest member of a distinguished retail team under the direct supervision of Rob Wise and Charlie Hexum, both First Vice Presidents. Rob and Charlie have completed over 500 transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet with a value in excess of $400,000,000. Their current Landlord Representation Portfolio consists of over 4 million square feet of retail throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul and Greater Minnesota marketplace.
Colman engages in both Landlord and Tenant Representation. His primary responsibilities consist of client outreach, market analysis, property showings to prospective tenants, and developing new relationships within the marketplace.
