Associated Office
Danny Byrne is an Associate in CBRE’s Multifamily Investment Group. His primary focus is on the acquisition and disposition of middle-market assets ranging in size from 30-200 units and values between $3-$25MM, located in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. His current responsibilities include financial underwriting, due diligence management, client & investor communications, and preparation of marketing materials.
Danny began his career in commercial real estate in 2012, working as an analyst for a boutique firm located in downtown Chicago. Throughout his time there, he progressed to the role of Director of Multifamily Investments and participated in over 50 transactions with total consideration exceeding $100MM.
Danny is dedicated to providing clients with actionable, real-time market knowledge and advisory services – enabling them to make the most prudent decisions possible as it relates to their investment objectives. In his free time, Mr. Byrne enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, cooking, and playing golf.
