As an Associate Broker at CBRE, Davis brings invaluable experience from the finance sector. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Davis was employed by a reputable media company in New York, NY where he worked in Finance as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Over a span of six years, he played a key role in launching and expanding the company’s new digital venture. His duties consisted of developing financial models and strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Davis was also responsible for managing each year’s budget and creating comprehensive five-year financial projections. His role extended to overseeing the company’s capital investments and handling financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. In addition, Davis handled the company’s office leases nationally and internationally, showcasing his proficiency in real estate management. His expertise also extends to contract negotiations, further highlighting his diverse skill set in both finance and real estate. The breadth and depth of his experience make him a formidable associate broker at CBRE.
