Jack Armstrong joined CBRE Nashville in 2018 as a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services platform. As a Senior Vice President Broker with CBRE, Jack focuses on both Occupier and Landlord representation and aiding in both the leasing and sales transactions of industrial assets. Jack is also heavily involved with ground up development efforts across the Middle Tennessee market, partnering with high caliber Investors and Developers looking to expand their footprints into the region. From 2020 to 2025, Jack, with other team members, has completed over $1.16B in Lease and Sale Transactions. Jack is also heavily involved in business development efforts by cultivating relationships with leading developers, Private Equity Groups and Institutional Landlords as well as tenants and buyers in the Nashville Market.

Jack was previously a Private Banker for Truxton Trust located in Nashville and was responsible for the development and delivery of customized banking solutions for high net worth individuals, families and organizations. Most of his lending transactions were Commercial Real Estate related. Prior to his Private Banking role, he was a credit analyst for Truxton Trust providing the underwriting for both consumer and commercial loans.

Mr. Armstrong received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Commodores baseball team. He was then drafted by the Houston Astros in 2011 where he played three years of professional baseball. Mr. Armstrong retired from professional baseball in 2014 returning to Nashville to pursue his business aspirations.
