He has successfully closed loans with more than 70 unique capital sources, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, life insurance companies, commercial and investment banks, debt funds, pension funds and mortgage REITs. This diversity of experience, and variety of lender relationships, enable him to quickly identify the most competitive financing terms available in the market to achieve his client’s financing objectives. Leveraging CBRE’s proprietary technological and intellectual resources further enables Doug to be a trusted advisor to clients, as they execute their unique real estate investment strategies.
