Eliza Bachhuber is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Properties Group in Dallas, focusing primarily on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a regional and national level. Eliza has been with the team since 2015. The team specializes in industrial institutional investment property sales across the nation, such as Texas, Oklahoma and Mexico. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off local dispositions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Eliza spent time as a Private Capital Manager with Metropolitan Capital in Chicago, Illinois, where she was responsible for managing high net worth and commercial client relationships with a variety of services including commercial lending, private banking, investment banking, and wealth advisory.
