Nathan Wynne

Nathan Wynne is a Senior Vice President within CBRE National Partners, an industry leading platform of 32 sale professionals across the United States who specialize in the sale, finance and recapitalization of industrial and logistics properties. His team focuses primarily on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a regional and national level, delivering superior portfolio strategy across the property life cycle and capital stack. Since 2010, the partnership has completed investment transactions representing 3.3 billion SF and $222 billion in value.

Prior to joining National Partners, Nathan was a member of CBRE’s Industrial Services group.  Nathan primarily focused on leasing and growing his team's investor portfolio through development and asset acquisition. He has also completed numerous significant occupier transactions including regional distribution centers and large-scale build-to-suits, negotiating optimal terms for his clients.

Over the last ten years, Nathan has assisted in over 300 transactions providing in excess of $500,000,000 in transaction value.
