Evan Filion is an Associate at CBRE specializing in industrial brokerage with occupier representation focus. He is a member of an experienced veteran industrial team advising corporate clients on real estate strategies through comprehensive market analysis locally and nationally.
Evan began his professional career at PLS Logistics Services as an Account Executive and Logistics Coordinator. He successfully completed their logistics sales training program and provided industry knowledge to identify opportunities of growth and proactively address challenges for clients to maximize the efficiency of their supply chain process.
Evan graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He enjoys golf, walking, and is an avid sports fan.
