With more than 36 years in the commercial real estate industry, Lou has successfully completed transactions with total consideration in excess of $1.4 billion, and he specializes in industrial property acquisition and disposition in the New Jersey marketplace.
His area of expertise encompasses occupier and investor representation, as well as advising developers such as: Adler Developers, Invesco, TA Associates, Frank A. Greek, Heller Construction and Prologis, to name a few.
