Gregg Domanico

Gregg Domanico has helped his institutional clients raise and deploy over $15 billion to bring 30 million+ square feet of life science developments to the market throughout his career. Gregg brings over 35 years of experience specific to life science real estate, focusing on debt and equity fundraising, project underwriting, facility design and optimization, go-to-market & leasing strategy.

For his corporate life science clients, Gregg implements real estate and facilities strategies centered around growth planning, facility compliance and controls, and cost management. With his background as an industrial engineer, he is able to analyze space utilization, laboratory process, and operational metrics to oversee real estate performance for his clients.

In his current role at CBRE, Inc., Gregg is a Vice Chairman in the Life Sciences Practice Group. Gregg provides local leadership to the San Francisco Bay Area life science team, and serves as a Director on the Advisory Board of CBRE’s Global Life Sciences Division.

Prior to CBRE Inc., Gregg was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Kidder Mathews, Inc. He was also Managing Partner at NAI BT Commercial and National Director of the Biosciences Group at CBRE. Before focusing his efforts exclusively on corporate real estate, Gregg spent over ten years in Silicon Valley in executive management roles ranging from director of operations & manufacturing engineering at Adaptech, Inc, head of program management at ROLM Corp., and various operations roles at Spectra Physics and Finnigan Corp.
