Michael Domanico

Michael Domanico has helped his institutional clients raise and deploy over $5 billion to bring 6 million square feet of life science developments to the market. Michael’s focus centers around enabling developers to enter the San Francisco Bay Area’s life science market and create platform vehicles to deploy capital at scale.

He is an expert in identifying how developers can deploy their capital strategically into product to create highly tenantable, appreciable, and enduring assets. He is able to mitigate risk in the investment process with his extensive experience and knowledge of the market, his technical understanding of facility design and infrastructure, and his past go-to-market and lease-up successes.

Prior to CBRE, Inc. Michael was a senior vice president in the Life Sciences and Technology group at Kidder Mathews, where he managed many of Kidder’s institutional life science accounts. Prior to joining Kidder, Michael was an early employee at Square, Inc.’s Risk Analysis team.
