Sai Domanico

Sai Domanico’s real estate practice is focused on representing emerging, high-growth, and mature life science companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Sai counsels his clients in connection with laboratory requirements specification, facility design and architectural planning, value engineering and construction management, lease negotiation and structuring, as well as subleases and dispositions.

In addition to his corporate practice, Sai also consults for many life science developers in identifying how to improve the tenantability and performance of their laboratory facilities.

In his current role at CBRE, Sai leads the Tenant and Representation practice within the Life Sciences Platform, and is a Director on the Advisory Board for Global Life Sciences Division.

In his prior role at Kidder Mathews, Sai was a Vice President in the Life Science and Technology group. He managed many of Kidder’s pharma and biotech corporate service accounts.
