Associated Office
Hannah is a Sales Associate with CBRE’s Investor Leasing team within the Leasing Services group, specializing in office and life science assets. She supports the strategic leasing and marketing initiatives of institutional owners and investors throughout the Triangle, with a focus on business development, market research, client engagement and transaction execution. Hannah leverages her background in marketing, communications, and client services to help position assets, cultivate relationships and advance leasing opportunities on behalf of her team and clients.
Hannah joined CBRE in July 2022 and previously supported the Land Services brokerage line, managing marketing materials, client requests, property inventory, online databases, and closing coordination. She was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in April 2023 and Client Services Specialist in April 2025 after obtaining her North Carolina real estate license. In those roles, she contributed to the pursuit and closing of more than 145 land sale transactions totaling over $510 million in value.
Prior to joining CBRE, Hannah held editorial and digital roles at Triangle Media Partners, a lifestyle publishing company serving the Raleigh-Durham area. Her responsibilities included managing 10 social media accounts and three websites, producing weekly newsletters, and coordinating digital content campaigns.
