Hastings has been involved in the closing of over $253M in lease transactions since her inception at CBRE | Raleigh. Notable transactions include Invitae, Arco Design/Build, McGuireWoods, Pendo.io, Mass Mutual, Exeter Building Company, Telerent Leasing Corporation and Conduent.
In her spare time, Hastings enjoys traveling, yoga and Pilates, backpacking, hiking, listening to music, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, husband and baby girl.
