James Kaye co-leads the FGK Retail Investment team, representing private capital and institutional investors in the disposition and acquisition of shopping centers, strip centers, single tenant net lease, and 1031 exchange properties throughout California.
Along with teammates Jay Gomez, Arthur Flores and Kyle Kaye, James brings his clients a deep network of relationships, in-depth knowledge of the Northern and Southern California retail markets, and a proven marketing approach for all retail properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, James co-led Colliers International’s Capital Markets Investment Services Group in Silicon Valley. James and his team have successfully closed over 550 transactions over all product types for a total consideration of over $3.1 billion.
James received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
