Jay has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Certificate in Performance Leadership from Cornell University. He also has professional affiliations with ICSC, ULI, ASVB.

Fun Facts: Competed in the Molokai to Oahu paddle championships 3 times. Former College Soccer Player for the University of Washington. U.S. Soccer A-license coach, MBP master's in performance futbol. Current LA Galaxy Academy coach .

Hobbies: Paddling, surfing, golf, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and coaching youth soccer.
