Julie Munn brings over eight years of commercial real estate experience to her role at CBRE, where she began her career in 2018 on the Concierge Services team before transitioning to the Business Services Team in 2021. Since August 2025, she has been exclusively dedicated to the Flores | Gomez | Kaye (FGK) Retail Investment Team, where she plays a central role in deal transactions, escrow management, listing coordination, pipeline management, and client engagement, while also supporting the team's operations, finances, and meetings. Prior to CBRE, Julie honed her passion for the built environment at Perkowitz + Ruth Architects, where she developed a deep appreciation for architecture and real estate that continues to inform her work today. Guided by her faith, she brings a strong sense of integrity and work ethic to everything she does.

Outside of work, Julie is an adventurous spirit who has explored 5 continents and 30 U.S. states, and she channels her creativity into industrial and fine art using glass and metal. She is a proud mom to one young adult son who is actively pursuing a career as a racing driver — a passion she wholeheartedly supports, cheering him on from the sidelines. When she's not traveling or crafting, you'll find Julie savoring great coffee, great food, and great company.
