Jeff is a Vice President within CBRE’s Orlando Industrial Team focused on investment sales in Central Florida and the Space Coast. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions; financial modeling; and evaluating potential transactions and developments for feasibility. Prior to his current role, Jeff spent four (4) years with CBRE’s Multifamily team where he represented both institutional and private capital groups in the disposition of more than 4,250 apartment units totaling $800 million in asset sales.

A native to Orlando, Jeff brings a unique long-term perspective to the local market and prides himself on attention to detail and communication for an unparalleled client service approach. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two daughters, Emma and Allie.
