Jessica Doyle is a Senior Vice President for CBRE’s Office Landlord Representation Group in Atlanta. With a passion for driving value and delivering exceptional results for her clients, she specializes in representing institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of their projects. Currently, Jessica oversees a diverse portfolio of more than 5.5 million square feet, showcasing her expertise in managing high-profile properties.

Throughout her two-decade career, Jessica has solidified her reputation as one of Atlanta’s most trusted office agency leasing brokers. She has successfully marketed and leased some of the city’s most iconic projects, including Phipps Tower, The Proscenium, 1100 Peachtree, Peachtree Center, and Marquis I & II. As Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors 2023 and 2025 number three top Landlord broker in the city, her unparalleled track record is a testament to her creative nature and ability to stand out in a competitive industry.

Before joining CBRE in 2023, Jessica held the position of Market Leader at Colliers, where she led the Landlord Services Group in Atlanta. Prior to that, she served as the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate. Jessica’s extensive experience also includes notable roles at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Ackerman & Company.
