Jessica Doyle

Jessica Doyle is a Senior Vice President for Office Landlord Representation at CBRE Atlanta. She specializes in representing institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of their projects, focusing on driving value for her clients and their assets. Currently, Jessica markets and leases a portfolio of more than 5.5 million square feet. Representative properties include 1072 West Peachtree, Science Square Labs, 8West and 101 West Ponce.

Over her two-decade career, Jessica has become one of the most trusted office agency leasing brokers in the Atlanta area, marketing some of the city’s most iconic projects including Phipps Tower, The Proscenium, 1100 Peachtree, Peachtree Center, and Marquis I & II. Jessica credits her success to her background working with prominent institutional owners and her creative nature, which helps set her apart.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Jessica worked at Colliers as the Market Leader of their Landlord Services Group in Atlanta. Before joining Colliers, she was the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate. She has also held positions at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Ackerman & Company.
