Associated Office
Leanna is a Financial Analyst with CBRE, working with a three-broker team that leases a portfolio of 5.4 MSF of Class A office throughout the Atlanta market. Prior to joining the team, she worked on CBRE's Marketing team. There she developed custom narratives for a diverse portfolio of Class A properties across the Southeast. Her unique perspective from marketing, combined with a passion for building relationships, made her transition into office leasing a seamless progression.
Since calling Atlanta home in 2018, Leanna has embraced the city with curiosity and enthusiasm; exploring its neighborhoods, submarkets, and an impressive number of sandwich shops. She takes pride in learning the nuances of each area she works in and enjoys highlighting what makes every location unique.
Outside of work, Leanna is actively involved in YCR, ACBR, NAIOP, and CREW events. She values staying engaged in the commercial real estate community and building meaningful connections across the industry.

Our Office Investor Leasing team specializes in representing owners of office, lab, and mixed-use projects across all submarkets in Atlanta. While the team is known for their marketing and leasing of large block vacancies, the team is equally proficient in boutique projects.
A sample of our current and past portfolio includes several of the region's most prominent properties, among them Twelve24, Phipps Tower, Perimeter Summit, Science Square Labs, 1100 Peachtree, Proscenium, and Glenridge Highlands.
In 2024 and 2025 the team was successful in leasing more than 1.7M SF – providing more than $605M in gross lease value for their clients. The team is consistently recognized as top producers both locally and nationally. In 2025, Eric, Jessica, and Graham each ranked among the top five office landlord brokers across all firms in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club.
