Joanna Blaesing is a First Vice President in CBRE's Atlanta Asset Services Group, focusing solely on representing industrial landlords with leasing and marketing of warehouse and distribution properties. Mrs. Blaesing is part of Atlanta’s premier owner representation industrial team for the Southeast. The team provides a united, single source for property owners seeking to lease or sell any industrial asset, from small business parks to large bulk warehouses and anything in between.
Mrs. Blaesing joined the Industrial Agency Team at CBRE in 2014. She and her team focus on the leasing and disposition of Industrial Assets in Metro Atlanta and statewide. When she originally joined the team, she was responsible the for day-to-day marketing efforts for the team’s full portfolio as well as learning the leasing side of the business. In 2017 she transitioned roles on the team and began focusing exclusively on the advisory and transaction side of the business. Since then, the Industrial Agency Team has done approximately 210 transactions, which have totaled more than 17 million square feet and more than $474 million in aggregate value.
Mrs. Blaesing grew up in Atlanta and played tennis for the University of Florida. She and her husband have twin daughters.
