Joseph Di Lalla is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s National Investment Team in Montreal, specializing in underwriting, transaction execution, and investment strategy across multiple asset classes. Since joining CBRE in 2021, he has been directly involved in over $1 billion of annual investment volume, supporting both institutional and private clients with comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence. Joseph’s analytical rigour, precision in financial modelling, and deep understanding of market fundamentals make him a trusted partner in delivering value-driven real estate advisory services.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the John Molson School of Business and has successfully completed his CFA Level I exam. Outside of his professional work, he is an avid reader and sports athlete, having played competitive soccer for over 20 years.
