Associated Office
Scott Speirs is Vice Chairman and practice lead for CBRE’s National Investment Team. Scott is responsible for providing real estate advisory and transaction services to CBRE’s investment clients for the Province of Québec. He heads a team of market-leading real estate investment professionals with a focus on office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and land.
With over 20 years of experience, Scott has successfully advised and executed some of Montréal’s largest real estate transactions. Scott also has extensive advisory and international experience, having worked in Paris for nearly 5 years as a Portfolio Manager on behalf of CalPERS, ADIA and CPPIB. Since joining CBRE in 2019, Scott has advised on over $15 billion in real estate transactions.
As an industry leader, Scott has regularly quoted in the media, a guest lecturer at universities, and a panellist at real estate conferences.
