Margaux Young-Beaulieu is an accomplished real estate professional with a strong foundation in deal execution and investment strategy. She began her career in CBRE’s Research division, where her adaptability, keen attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and professionalism facilitated a seamless transition to Montréal’s National Investment Team in 2022. Following the successful completion of her real estate licence and In recognition of her performance and dedication, she was promoted to Associate in May 2025.
Margaux specializes in the industrial and land investment markets, advising both private and institutional investors. She plays a key role in executing numerous high-value transactions across the Greater Montréal Area, with a total value exceeding $1 billion. Her core strengths include market analysis, transaction negotiation and execution, and the development of tailored investment solutions. Theses capabilities, combined with her strong communications skills, enable her to build lasting client relationships grounded in trust and results.
She holds a degree in Financial Accounting from HEC Montréal. Outside her professional work, Margaux is actively engaged in the community as a member of the executive committee of the Young Philanthropists’ Circle – an initiative of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation that supports contemporary art.
