Joe Postufka is a DSF Analyst with CBRE Debt and Structured Finance in Pittsburgh where he became an active member of the commercial real estate community in 2021. Upon graduating from Penn State University in May 2021, he immediately began an internship with Thermo Fisher Scientific as a real estate intern until joining CBRE in August 2021.
Joe assists in the underwriting and placement of debt capital of commercial real estate transactions. He has expertise in financial modeling, market research analyses, and transaction due diligence.
