Justin Neubeck joined the CBRE Multifamily Investment Properties team in Las Vegas in 2025. As an Associate, he supports the team with market research, property tours, marketing material production, and transaction coordination. His contributions help ensure the team delivers timely insights and seamless execution throughout the sales process.

Prior to this role, Justin served as a Research Analyst at CBRE, where he focused on the retail and office sectors while also contributing to multifamily market research. His cross-sector experience and analytical background provide a well-rounded perspective on commercial real estate trends and investment strategies.

Before joining CBRE, Justin was an Associate Director of CRE Sales at Trepp Inc., where he specialized in commercial real estate data and analytics, advising institutional clients on CMBS, loan performance, and market risk.

Education

Justin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, Finance, and Financial Technology from Jacksonville University, graduating cum laude and as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. He is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona.

Meet the Team

Spence Ballif
Spencer Ballif began his career at CBRE as a summer market researcher in 1989 and 1990 before joining as an apartment sales professional in May 1991. With more than 34 years of experience, he specializes in marketing and selling 100+ unit multifamily communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Spencer has closed transactions exceeding $9.8 billion and 85,000 units, leveraging his deep market knowledge and research expertise to anticipate trends and deliver exceptional results. As the primary point of contact, he oversees transactions and conducts most property tours, ensuring clients receive exceptional service backed by decades of proven success.

Adam Schmitt
Adam became a part of the team in 2015. His job tasks include: financial analysis, property tours, market research, and data compilation. Adam has assisted in over $6.1 billion in sales since 2016.

Jannie Mongkolsakulkit
Jannie joined the team in 2010 and has assisted with over $7.2 billion in sales. She takes pride in supporting the team’s direct marketing efforts as well as serving as our clients’ liaison during the due diligence process.
